TIRE – Tire Shredding Plant

Tire shredding plants recycle waste tires, helping to prevent environmental harm and conserve valuable resources. By converting tires into reusable materials, these facilities enhance energy efficiency, generate economic value, and reduce landfill requirements. In doing so, they deliver significant environmental and economic benefits.

Tire Recycling Process

Tire recycling is the process of making used tires reusable and preventing environmental damage. Recycling tires helps conserve natural resources and reduces environmental problems caused by waste tires.

  • Collection and Classification: End-of-life tires are collected and properly sorted. At this stage, tires are sorted according to their size and quality.
  • Shredding: Tires are shredded into smaller pieces using large machines. This process also helps to separate steel and textile components from the rubber.
  • Screening: Shredded tires are screened until they reach a certain size.
  • Magnetic Separation: Magnetic separation is used to remove metal components such as steel wires from the tire particles.
